Domestic Shipping

Student kits will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your order via USPS Priority Mail. Due to current postal congestion, allow up to 6-10 business days for delivery within the US. Tracking information will be emailed when your package leaves our facility.

Elmwood Inn Fine Teas is not liable for delays or lost shipments within the USPS. Your shipment is covered by the USPS for up to $100. In the rare occurrence of a lost or damaged shipment, please file a claim with the USPS using your tracking number.


Please select International Flat Rate Shipping at checkout. We will research the cheapest shipping cost and contact you before shipping via Postal, FedEx, or DHL. Let us know if you have a preferred shipper. Tracking information will be emailed when your package leaves our facility.

Delivery to Europe is generally less than 15 days. Deliveries can take up to a month to reach some Asian and Australian destinations.
