Bourbon Smoked Pepper is a quarter-cracked Malabar pepper that is slow-smoked using barrel staves that once held some of Kentucky’s finest bourbon. We sprinkle it on fried eggs, over green salad or pasta, and on steak or hamburger before grilling.

Just received this pepper a few days ago. It is now our essential go to for pepper. Just had it today on our egg salad sandwiches. The subtle hint of the bourbon smoke flavor just makes you want more. Please never stop selling this pepper!
