This is a pinhead-grade gunpowder, one of the world's best-known Chinese green teas. The hand-rolled leaves appear as small grey-green pellets, which brew a pale, bright green liquor with a delicate yet fired flavor. This historic tea would have been found in 19th-century general stores across America. It is also available as our American Civil War Green Tea.

Steep like a tea professional and never use boiling water on green tea. 165-175F is the optimal temperature.
