India, China, KenyaElmwood Inn Fine Teas' founder, Bruce Richardson, also serves as the Tea Master for the Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum. He was commissioned to design this signature tea for the 100-seat Abigail's Tearoom—named for Abigail Adams—which sits atop the museum in Boston Harbor.
Bruce created this historic blend of black teas to be reminiscent of the Chinese black teas tossed overboard in 1773 by using teas from across the British Empire, including China, India, and Kenya.
This is a versatile blend that appeals to all of our visitors from around the world. If you are a fan of English Breakfast blends - with or without milk - you will love this tea. It also makes a great iced tea.
Let's just say that if the 5-year-old Chinese teas aboard the three East India ships in Boston Harbor on December 16, 1773, had tasted this good, the colonists would never have dumped it into the sea, and we would still be flying the British flag here in America!
Also available in pyramid sachets.

Tried this tea at the Boston Tea Party Museum. It’s great. Bought more direct from them
I picked up a 3.5oz jar of loose tea at the Boston Tea Party & Ships Museum, after my kid bought an infuser, so I figure we should buy some tea as well. This is probably the best tea I've ever had. It's very bold and rich, and combined with the right amount of honey, it's pure perfection. I like it so much that it's replacing coffee in my life.
So delicious - smooth, rich and no acidity. Had it while in Boston at the Boston Tea Party Museum and then wrote to them specifically to find out how to purchase it for myself at home.
Been enjoying this tea for years and no reason to stop now!!
Some people are simply luckier than others.I suppose, but when I think about it.I know I am one of those so with this message.I would like to say that the day that I found out about Elmwood and teas was sure a lucky day.Hello Bruce Richardson
