I wasn't impressed by the bergamot used.
This is the tea to relax and drink any time of day. I usually have it with a little milk but that is my taste. I have purchased other brands but always come back to ElmWood Inn FINE teas. This is one of my MANY favorites.
It's a nice tea but I don't really notice the creme/caramel notes. It could be that my palate is not refined enough
