Sometimes you need a gentle lift from your cup of tea. The caffeine from South American Maté, combined with refreshing spearmint and lemongrass, will inspire you to face the challenges your day may bring. We've added the herbs ginkgo and ginseng.

Although this is an herbal blend, the maté does contain caffeine.

Also available in pyramid sachets.
