Labyrinth Blend | Ayurvedic Herbs & Green Tea Blend | Low-Caffeine Information

Water Temperature:
180°F
Brewing Time:
3 - 7 minutes
Ingredients:
Japanese sencha green tea, tulsi (holy basil), saffron, fennel, licorice, star anise, orange peel, peppermint, and lemongrass.
Origin:
Japan, India, Thailand

The practice of labyrinth walking, like the ancient art of Hindu Ayurvedic medicine and the Japanese tea ceremony, integrates the body with the mind and the mind with the spirit. There has been a resurgence of interest in labyrinths across America and around the world. Churches, hospitals, community organizations, and even private individuals make them available for meditation.

Many of the new examples take their design inspiration from the most famous medieval labyrinth: the one cut into the stone floor of France’s Chartres Cathedral.

Elmwood Inn Fine Teas has been a sponsor of the Danville Labyrinth since the project's inception in 2002. The 40x40 Kentucky sandstone installation is located outdoors in McDowell Park between the Centre campus and the Presbyterian Church, just a few blocks from Elmwood Inn Fine Teas.

According to the FDA, Consuming Just Two Cups of Black or Green Tea Daily Reduces the Risk of Heart Disease and Diabetes.
