Very tasty but lavender taste might be stronger.
This does help with sleep and taste excellent. I have bought some of the Elmwood teas from another source but it didnโt have near the selections.
My sister lives this tea and lives in North Carolina. She was low in supply of her tea and was injured and unable to come to visit and replenish her supply. It was a perfect opportunity to order her favorite lullaby tea and have it shipped to her!

I ordered this as an alternative to Extra Sleepytime tea. This blend is delicious and the chamomile and valerian mix does the trick.
