Domestic Shipping

Student kits will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your order via USPS Priority Mail. Due to current postal congestion, allow up to 6-10 business days for delivery within the US. Tracking information will be emailed when your package leaves our facility.

Elmwood Inn Fine Teas is not liable for delays or lost shipments within the USPS. Your shipment is covered by the USPS for up to $100. In the rare occurrence of a lost or damaged shipment, please file a claim with the USPS using your tracking number.


International Shipping

International flat rate shipping for one kit: $22.95.  

When ordering more than one kit, please select International Flat Rate Shipping. The cheapest shipping cost will be charged to your credit card. Tracking information will be emailed when your package leaves our facility.

Delivery to Europe is generally less than 15 days via FedEx or Postal Service. Deliveries can take up to a month to reach some Asian and Australian destinations.
