It makes a great morning tea—with or without milk. We use this tea in our Kentucky Blend to add the bold notes needed to remind us of life on the farm.

I usually drink Grand Keenum (sp?) but it was not availability. Thought the description for Ying Ming sounded interesting. I've made ice tea with it and thought it had a nice flavor, though quite different from the Keenum. There is a flavor note that I can't quite name making me still prefer the Keenum.
This is a fine tasting tea. If you are familiar with 'Golden Monkey,' this tea has a similar flavor with those wonderful chocolaty overtones. Good price too.
My favorite.
I'm a huge fan of yunnan and this has become my all day e'ery day tea. Also makes amazing iced tea. You can't over brew it, it never gets bitter, it is velvety and soft and delicious. Nice big leaves, decent amount of tips. And at this price, need I say more?
good tea good price
